FHKI Youth Executive Council (YEC) successfully organised the “Digital‑Era Brand Building Workshop and Happy Hour” on 16 March 2026 (Monday). The workshop explored a comprehensive brand growth blueprint, breaking down the journey from content platforms to cross‑border market expansion.
The event attracted nearly 30 members, with lively discussions and active exchanges throughout the workshop. The Happy Hour session further facilitated networking, strengthening connections and creating potential collaboration opportunities among participants. The event was supported by distinguished guests, including Ms Serena Cheng, Chairman of the YEC, the Hon Ray Wong, Legislative Council Representative – Industrial (First), and Mr Nicholas Lai, Vice-Chairman of the YEC, who attended the event in person.
The workshop featured three industry experts, who shared practical insights and best practices on brand development, content strategy, and cross‑border business expansion. The sharing sessions were rich in content and highly actionable:

Delivered an in‑depth analysis of platform trends and brand operation strategies, helping enterprises more effectively establish a presence on Xiaohongshu (RED). - Ms Esther Hui, CEO, HOYI Marketing Limited
Shared key approaches to building personal brands, enhancing content impact, and creating sustainable brand value. - Ms Wendy Wang, Senior Expert, Cross-border Business Division, JD.com, Inc., presented the latest trends in cross‑border imports and explained how Hong Kong brands can expand into global markets through JD Worldwide.
The YEC will continue to organise diverse activities to connect young industry leaders, promote innovation, and support brand growth, contributing fresh momentum to Hong Kong’s industrial development.
