FHKI commissioned the Institute for Climate and Carbon Neutrality (ICCN) at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) to implement the project entitled “Facilitating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance in supply chain management for Hong Kong-invested manufacturing enterprises (HKMEs)”, funded by the Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund of the Trade and Industry Department.

FHKI and ICCN have developed the Carbon Management and CBAM Online Tool to provide general information of the CBAM compliance requirements and carbon management, as well as a quick estimation of the carbon emissions of products and the potential CBAM tax that the enterprises may need to bear in the future.
