In August 2025, FHKI submitted its policy recommendations to the 2025 Policy Address to the HKSAR Government.  FHKI outlined three key areas in which we believes new growth areas for Hong Kong’s future economy can be identified and established to the Policy Address. The three key areas are as follows:

 

1.      Innovation and Entrepreneurship – Promoting Economic Diversification and Driving Industrial Upgrading

2.      Economic Advancement and Sustainability – Developing Innovative Industrial Bases and Northern Metropolis

3.    Regional and Global Collaboration – Leveraging Hong Kong’s Core Advantages and Reinforcing Connectivity
